Return & Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Omar & Cala Make Stuff.Each piece is designed and made in our studio, so we askthat you review our policies before placing an order.

Returns
As many of our items are made to order and 3D printed,we are unable to accept returns or exchanges, except in the case of damaged or defective items.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect,please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Kindlyinclude your order number and clear photos of the issue,and we will arrange a replacement or refund asappropriate.

Refunds
Refunds are issued only for damaged or incorrect items.Approved refunds are returned to the original paymentmethod and may take 5–10 business days to appear,depending on your bank.

Shipping
We are not responsible for packages that are lost orstolen after being marked as delivered. Should you need assistance, please reach out and we will do our best to help.

Shipping Addresses
Please review your shipping address carefully beforecompleting your order, as we ship to the exact addressprovided at checkout. If an incorrect or incomplete address is entered and the order has already shipped, we are unable to resend or replace it free of charge. If a package is returned to us, we are happy to reship it once the new shipping cost has been paid. If you notice anerror after ordering, please contact us right away. If yourorder has not yet shipped, we will gladly update theaddress.

Cancellations
Orders may be canceled within 12 hours of purchase. After this time, your order may already be in production.
